Corey is a respected business owner, experienced property manager, and dedicated public servant. As a City Commissioner serving North Redington Beach for his fourth term, he has earned the trust of his community through thoughtful leadership, responsible decision-making, and a deep understanding of the issues that impact local homeowners and businesses. His experience managing properties, overseeing projects, and working collaboratively with residents and local organizations provides valuable insight that strengthens every aspect of Lakeview General Contracting Services.

After retiring in 2022 as a school principal, Deborah concluded a distinguished career devoted to building successful schools, leading large teams, managing multiple campuses, and creating environments where excellence was expected every day. Throughout her career, she developed exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills that now serve as the cornerstone of the company's commitment to quality, communication, and client satisfaction.

Construction and design have always been a shared passion for Deborah and Corey. Raised in families with deep roots in the construction and skilled trades, they developed an appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and doing the job right from an early age. 

Over the past several years, they have worked together on both residential and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, renovations, property improvements, and construction planning.

Following the devastating hurricanes that impacted Florida communities in 2024, Deborah and Corey witnessed firsthand the overwhelming challenges homeowners faced while rebuilding. They listened to countless stories of families who had been left with unfinished projects, financial hardship, and broken trust after hiring dishonest contractors. Those experiences inspired them to create a company that would be different—a company built on honesty, transparency, exceptional craftsmanship, and treating every client with the respect they deserve.

Committed to raising the standard of professionalism in the construction industry, Deborah dedicated herself to earning her Florida Certified General Contractor license. After an intensive year of study and successfully passing all three state licensing examinations, she completed the certification process and officially became a Florida Certified General Contractor on May 20, 2026. (CGC1541029) That achievement marked the beginning of Lakeview General Contracting Services LLC—a company founded with one purpose: to provide dependable, high-quality construction services that homeowners and businesses can trust.
